Cancer Care Quality Training Program (CCQTP), UNC-Chapel Hill
The Cancer Care Quality Training Program (CCQTP) at UNC-Chapel Hill offers pre-doctoral (2 years) and post-doctoral (2 years) training to clinician and non-clinician scientists who wish to work in multidisciplinary research teams to improve cancer care quality across the cancer care continuum.
Cancer Control Education Program (CCEP), UNC-Chapel Hill
UNC Lineberger's Cancer Control Education Program (CCEP) trains pre- and postdoctoral fellows for careers as independent investigators in interdisciplinary and collaborative cancer prevention and control research. The CCEP seeks fellows with diverse backgrounds and then provides two to three years of flexible, multi-disciplinary training and mentoring that includes a core curriculum and hands-on research experience.
Cancer Control Research Training Program, UTHealth-Houston
The UTHealth-Houston's School of Public Health’s Cancer Control Research Training Program offers both predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships, funded by the NCI, to launch successful careers in cancer prevention and control research. The program offers more than 30 investigators with experience and training in multiple disciplines and cultural backgrounds who have built collaborative networks in Houston, the U.S., and internationally. Mentors work closely with research centers at the school and with MD Anderson and Simmons Cancer Centers.
Biobehavioral Cancer Prevention and Control Training Program, UW
The mission of the Biobehavioral Cancer Prevention and Control Training Program is to train public health researchers, health services researchers, and health policy analysts in biobehavioral and outcomes research, communications, and practice outcomes as applied to cancer prevention and control. Funding for the program is made possible by a five-year training grant from the NCI.
